Safe Manufacturers practice?

Hygiene is so important.. All tools, moulds and utensils are deeply cleaned  with soap and hot water between each use. Before each batch is made, the tools are sprayed with 99.99% Isopropyl alcohol including work surfaces and cutting Matt. While in the solidifying process they are covered with cling film

*The Soap maker wears an apron, hair tied back and wears disposable gloves during manufacturing process* 

Refund policy?

Refunds will be discussed and considered privately via email once the issue has been raised, if any item arrives damaged then you are to send a photograph and order details immediately to Dirtygoatsoapbars@outlook.com 

Refunds do NOT apply to... 

Out of choice not keen on the scent (I suggest purchasing a mini bar / sample first to determine your likes and dislikes) 

Accidental purchase (I have children, I know every trick in the book and I also know it's very unlikely your child submitted it on your behalf)! 

It's your responsibility to ensure you updated the delivery provider with a safe place if your not going to be in person to receive it. If for any reason you HAVE stated a safe place and the package doesn't arrive I will open a claim with the delivery company which will take time, so your patience is appreciated. 

Do you hold a License to sell Soap?

YES! The UK/Europe have extremely strict guidelines and laws in regards to creating and selling cosmetics to the general public. You undergo a lot of formulation, paperwork, assessments and testing before your permitted to sell. ALSO, strictly no ingredient to create the overall product is used/tested on animals.
